THE RAZORS

Which razor should I choose? 

If you want a fast clean daily shave without fuss, the Turbo 3 Pro is your razor. If you want the closest possible shave and a built in precision trimmer for beard lines, edges and sideburns, the Precision 5 Ultra is the one.
How long does a blade cartridge last? 

Approximately two weeks with daily use. The four pack gives you roughly sixty days.
What comes in the box? 

One razor handle with one blade cartridge already attached and ready to use.
Are the handles comfortable with wet hands? 

Yes. Both handles have a non slip rubber grip designed specifically for wet conditions.

THE BLADES

Do Better blades fit my existing Gillette handle? 

Yes but only the blade cartridges are compatible, not the handles. Turbo 3 Pro blade cartridges fit BETTER and Gillette Mach 3 compatible handles. Precision 5 Ultra blade cartridges fit BETTER and Gillette Fusion 5 compatible handles. Drop in fit. No adapters. 

Better is an independent brand. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Procter and Gamble or Gillette.
Can I use my existing Gillette handle and just buy Better blades? 

Yes. If you have a Mach 3 or Fusion 5 compatible handle at home our blade cartridges will fit it directly. You do not need to buy our handle to use our blades.
How do I know when to change my blade? 

When shaving starts to require more pressure or feels less smooth it is time to change. With daily use this is typically every two weeks.

DELIVERY

Where do you deliver? 

Everywhere in Pakistan.
How long does delivery take? 

3 to 5 working days for major cities. 5 to 7 working days for other areas.
Can I pay cash on delivery? 

Yes. COD is available across Pakistan.
What payment methods do you accept? 

Cash on delivery, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and debit or credit card.

RETURNS

What is your return policy? 

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return or replacement.
What if my order arrives damaged? 

Take a photo and send it to us on WhatsApp or email. We will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

What can I subscribe to? 

Blade packs only. Subscriptions are available for Precision 5 Ultra Blades and Turbo 3 Pro Blades. Handles are a one time purchase.
How does it work? 

Choose your blade pack and frequency. Your blades are dispatched automatically before you run out. You save 10 percent on every order.
Can I cancel? 

Yes. Anytime. One click from your account dashboard.
Can I skip or pause? 

Yes. Skip any upcoming delivery from your dashboard.

REFERRALS

How does the referral programme work? 

Share your unique referral link. When four people complete a purchase using your link you receive a free blade pack automatically.
What counts as a referral? 

Completed purchases only. Clicks and sign ups do not qualify.
Do my referrals expire? 

No. Your progress never resets.
