30 day returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a return or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Send us a photo via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it immediately.

Condition of returns

Products must be unused and in original packaging. Used blade cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the returned item. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or JazzCash.
